Alex has over a decade of experience developing strategic infrastructure solutions for his clients in Higher Ed, K-12 and State/local government sectors across the Southeastern U.S. He has led his clients to best-in-class outcomes in capital deferred maintenance, energy systems, sustainability and renewables goals. His portfolio represents more than $100MM in alternatively funded infrastructure, delivering more than $250MM in projected cost savings for his clients and the sequestration of more than 1.2MM metric tons of CO² from America’s water and air.

Taylor has spent the last ten years serving commercial and industrial (C&I) customers in their operational decisions regarding sustainability, resiliency, energy cost reduction, and third-party finance. He has developed, delivered, and financed more than 500 megawatts in distributed energy and utility-scale projects for his clients. Serving and managing C&I across a broad spectrum of industries, Taylor has showcased the ability to develop energy-as-a-service projects with velocity and at scale focused on the long-term and strategic needs of the clients he serves.

Paul is the Viridis resident expert for healthcare development and infrastructure. He has more than 27 years of experience innovating in healthcare-focused design, building, financing, operating, maintaining and decommissioning. Through his expertise, Paul has helped his clients establish state-of-the-art facilities, creating lasting impacts for their end-users. His insights into healthcare, medical engineering and technology provide innovative data-backed solutions for better performance, strategic business development and visualization.

George brings more than 30 years of experience in developing and delivering outcomes created through energy and infrastructure optimization. His experience includes complex solution development, client engagement, design and operations. His most recent role was as Founder/CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at ClearGen which provides comprehensive capital to support developers of behind-the-meter distributed energy projects. George’s involvement in EaaS projects includes central utility and cogeneration plants, energy efficiency programs, microgrids, and renewables.He is passionate about unlocking the value which exists in improving the reliability and cost effectiveness of facility energy and infrastructure systems while also de-carbonizing operations.
