A globally recognized urban strategist and pioneer in regenerative development and design, Jason’s work advances next-generation solutions to reverse global warming and restore planetary health. His experience includes award-winning net-zero urban regeneration projects throughout North America and Asia Pacific, serving as a world change advisor to Paul G. Allen, heading sustainability and innovation for Lendlease Australia and consulting local and national governments on climate action and social equity strategies.

With years of experience within the construction industry and strategic marketing and business operations, Collette utilizes her expertise to design and support the operations and methodologies that allow Viridis to support our clients. Leaning on her experience within the energy space, Collette understands how to navigate the shift from traditional construction practices to Infrastructure-as-a-Service programs, enabling our clients to reach their facility goals faster and more efficiently.

Alex has over a decade of experience developing strategic infrastructure solutions for his clients in Higher Ed, K-12 and State/local government sectors across the Southeastern U.S. He has led his clients to best-in-class outcomes in capital deferred maintenance, energy systems, sustainability and renewables goals. His portfolio represents more than $100MM in alternatively funded infrastructure, delivering more than $250MM in projected cost savings for his clients and the sequestration of more than 1.2MM metric tons of CO² from America’s water and air.

Taylor has spent the last ten years serving commercial and industrial (C&I) customers in their operational decisions regarding sustainability, resiliency, energy cost reduction, and third-party finance. He has developed, delivered, and financed more than 500 megawatts in distributed energy and utility-scale projects for his clients. Serving and managing C&I across a broad spectrum of industries, Taylor has showcased the ability to develop energy-as-a-service projects with velocity and at scale focused on the long-term and strategic needs of the clients he serves.

Paul is the Viridis resident expert for healthcare development and infrastructure. He has more than 27 years of experience innovating in healthcare-focused design, building, financing, operating, maintaining and decommissioning. Through his expertise, Paul has helped his clients establish state-of-the-art facilities, creating lasting impacts for their end-users. His insights into healthcare, medical engineering and technology provide innovative data-backed solutions for better performance, strategic business development and visualization.
